The park

100,000 m² of logistics space, divided over five warehouses, is planned for Rotterdam Logistics Park. Floor plans for each warehouse are available once it is under development.

Flexible warehouse layout

The flexible warehouses are a unique feature of the development at Rotterdam Logistics Park. The metres mentioned in the table are therefore indicative. The future warehouse will be built to your wishes and requirements, such as size and usage options. RLP consists of a total of five buildings with a size of approximately 90,000 m2. Construction will start with building C, but if demand is greater, the other buildings can be started quickly. We will start with building C. The other buildings are under development.
