About RLP
Green, user-friendly and attractively priced.

The building
Space to grow
Lower operational costs
RLP's operational costs are reduced, thanks to the fact that the buildings are built sustainably with an emphasis on CO₂ reduction. The premises have a longer lifespan, also with regard to future regulations.
Operating costs are further reduced by the installation of solar panels, making RLP energy positive. Furthermore, the tenant can potentially lease this PV installation.
Flexible in many ways
Flexibility is the key word at Rotterdam Logistics Park. The warehouses at RLP can be divided flexibly according to your requirements and units are available from 8,000 m² to 28,000 m².
The length of the rental period is also negotiable. Even different rental periods for parts of the building are possible: Flexible, in other words.
Productive work environment
Sufficient daylight, greenery, healthy materials and a pleasant climate have a positive impact on employees.
They contribute to reduced absenteeism, increased job satisfaction and increased productivity.

What we have in common with Delta is a strong commitment to sustainability and carbon reduction. Our building, which is stateof- the-art, is also the perfect starting point in terms of location for running our logistics operation. Therefore, Rotterdam Logistics Park, which will be fully CO2-positive around 2041, is a great accommodation for our company."

Location
Ideal location for efficient logistics operation
Good connections
The A15, which connects Rotterdam with a hinteland of over 460 million people, is only a 7-minute drive away. With the widening of the N57 motorway, freight traffic is literally given more space.
Delightful Hellevoetsluis
Lovers of the beach, water and cultural history will get their money's worth in Hellevoetsluis. This picturesque city offers plenty to visitors and residents alike. The city centre is great for sightseeing and has an extensive range of shops.
Rotterdam just around the corner
Rotterdam Logistics Park is close to Rotterdam, a bustling metropolis where innovation is the norm. A suitable environment for the innovative character of RLP.
The region
Hellevoetsluis is part of the Metropolitan Region Rotterdam - The Hague.

Westland
Just north of the Rotterdam region is the Westland. This is still called the 'glass city', because the largest greenhouse horticulture area in the Netherlands is located here. Fruit and vegetables are shipped from the Westland to the European hinterland and the rest of the world.

Ports
The port of Rotterdam is the largest in Europe and sixth in the world. This port owes its size to its location at the mouth of the Rhine. As a result, a hinterland with about 460 million inhabitants is within reach. From here, goods are transported to places like the Ruhr area in Germany, England and Antwerp in Flanders.

Maasvlakte
Due to the enormous growth in both container transport and the dimensions of the ships, the port of Rotterdam is being expanded on the Tweede Maasvlakte. This also means new logistics issues.

Haringvliet
Cycling, walking, canoeing and sport fishing: there are great recreational opportunities in and around the Haringvliet. This former North Sea estuary brings people and nature together. That's why it soon feels like a holiday.

Zeeland coast
From languid lounging by the sea to endless strolls along the dunes: the Zeeland coast is an oasis of tranquility that never stops charming the visitor. It's easy to enjoy yourself here.

Enthusiastic workers
Many people commute from Hellevoetsluis and the Zeeland islands to the Maasvlakte or Rotterdam. For them working 'around the corner' is an attractive advantage.
